"Unveiling The Layers" January group show & Jasper Borup solo show !

Happy New Year dear artists and friends of the gallery!

We hope you had a wonderful time yesterday and we are delighted to bring you

Our January Online Group Art Show "Unveiling The Layers" !

Throughout art history, layers have been more than just a visual element; they embody depth, complexity, and hidden narratives waiting to be uncovered. Whether it be a physical layer (different textures or materials), an emotional layer (depicting different emotional states or experiences), a cultural or historical layer (exploring different traditions, narratives, or customs), or even a societal layer (examining different ideologies, social constructs, or political systems). “Unveiling the Layers” is a show where 50 artists peel back the layers and showcase the depth and complexity within their artworks.

"I manifest in my thoughts, dreams, and frustrations as colors and forms. I emphasize traits such as honesty, empathy, and love rather than work praise. Love has been missing from my tale of existence. I was born in a world where men are self-centered, evil, stupid, hard, and untrue. I was not allowed to unfold this change me from loving and happy to angry, frustrated, and anxious. This made me scared of women as a child. Man's purpose in life is craving sex with beautiful women, for many left dreams. This leads to frustrations, envy, and evil intentions, when there is no love.

Through the imagery of fake looks, living masks, cool performances, and being oneself, I want people to become real, tolerant, loving, and bold. The tribal way of life is very similar to a loving way of life, but with love, there will be peace, love, and harmony, and people will feel happy, I want these things to be placed together in some form. With imagery of tribal people, I encourage freedom, simplicity, tolerance, tranquility, and the ability to be oneself, as well as a love revolution. I eradicate evil and fear to have more love and sex for the sake of peace, love, and harmony for happy and contented humanity."

February Online Group Show "Piece Of Me"!

Self-expression and personal narratives are the topics of our February group show. Elevate Your Artist Bio & Statement With

HMVC’s Gold Standard

We are very happy to announce that we have implemented a new service called "Artist's Writing Aid."

We are well aware of how artists struggle with writing Artist Bios and Statements because we review them every month. Many artists do not realize that their Artist Bio and Statement are a gateway to the art world and unfortunately many end up missing out on good opportunities because of poor writing.

So why not let us help you tell your story in a way that resonates, captivates, and elevates your artistic identity.

With our "Artist's Writing Aid", we provide you with a white glove mentor service by:

★ Uncover Your Unique Voice: We’ll conduct interviews and research to understand your artistic journey, inspirations, and aspirations.

★ Craft a Compelling Narrative: We will transform your experiences and thoughts into engaging narratives that captivate your audience.

★ Tailor for Your Audience: We consider your target audience—whether it’s galleries, collectors, or the general public—ensuring your artist bio and statement resonate with them.

★ Edit and Refine: We provide multiple rounds of revisions to ensure your bio and statement are perfect in every way.

Together, we’ll take your artistry to new heights!

HMVC Gallery New York is now offering you the opportunity to have your own solo show on our ArtPlacer virtual platform for a month. Because the artists in our community are at various stages in their careers, we have created three different plans for you to choose from Plan Manor, Plan Palace, and Plan Castle.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in doing a Solo Show with us.

Visit our ongoing Virtual Solo Shows.

This service is by request only so if you would like to know more you can contact us via the contact form or email us at [email protected]
