HMVC’s Gold Standard

We are very happy to announce that we have implemented a new service called "Artist's Writing Aid."

With our "Artist's Writing Aid" we provide you with a white glove mentor service by:

★ Uncover Your Unique Voice: We’ll conduct interviews and research to understand your artistic journey, inspirations, and aspirations.

★ Craft a Compelling Narrative: We will transform your experiences and thoughts into engaging narratives that captivate your audience.

★ Tailor for Your Audience: We consider your target audience—whether it’s galleries, collectors, or the general public—ensuring your artist bio and statement resonate with them.

★ Edit and Refine: We provide multiple rounds of revisions to ensure your bio and statement are perfect in every way.

Together, we’ll take your artistry to new heights!

November Online Group Show "Vibrant Visions"!

As November is one of the darkest months of the year, we wish to bring some color back into our lives by showcasing artworks from artists who dare to dream in color.

40,000 years ago, there were five color pigments in the world: Red, Yellow, Brown, Black, and White.

Think of the cave paintings on the island of Sulawesi or in the Cave of Altamira.

At one point in time Blue pigment, made from Lapis Lazuli, was more precious than gold and it was specifically reserved for religious artworks.

Given that Pink is created by mixing red and white, for a long time Baby Pink was designated especially for young males as this color was seen as too ”strong” for young women.

As we moved on to the 20th Century, we invented Neon colors, which are just very bright versions of the primary and secondary colors.

For many artists color is one of the most important elements of their art practice so this time in our November group show we invite artists to submit their unique interpretations of color, vibrant subject matters, and lively energy.

We welcome artworks from all mediums of visual art, except AI-created art, and video/film.

★ Digital entries must be received by October 28th, 2023 before 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time.

★ Notification of acceptance will be sent by email by October 31st.

★ The show will premiere on November 1st and end on November 30th.
